At Archive Osmio, we carefully prepare every order to ensure it reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

• Spain
• European Union
• United Kingdom
• United States & Canada
• Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Spain: approximately 2–4 business days
• European Union: approximately 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: approximately 3–7 business days
• United States & Canada: approximately 5–10 business days
• Other international destinations: delivery times vary depending on destination

Delivery estimates apply after dispatch and may be affected by customs procedures, holidays, peak periods, local carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Spain, European Union & United Kingdom

Free standard shipping on all orders.

United States & Canada

• Standard shipping: €42
• Free shipping on orders over €300

Shipping rates for any additional international destinations will be displayed at checkout when available.

Prices may be displayed in your local currency depending on your location and available Shopify Markets settings.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment whenever tracking is available.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and correct before placing your order.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the shipment, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be sent again.

Any refund in these circumstances will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

7. International Orders — Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union are sent on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis unless otherwise stated.

Import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Archive Osmio does not collect these import charges at checkout unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The amount charged, if any, is determined by the customs authorities and/or carrier in the destination country. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an international order.

Refusal or non-payment of applicable import charges may result in the shipment being returned to Archive Osmio. Any resulting costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

8. International Returns

International returns must be authorized by Archive Osmio before shipment.

Customers should follow the return instructions provided by Archive Osmio so that returned parcels can be correctly identified and declared as returned goods for customs purposes.

Please do not send an international return without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs and any other applicable return costs will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Additional costs resulting from an unauthorized or incorrectly declared international return may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@archiveosmio.com with your order number and any relevant information or photographs.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
