Return & Refund Policy

At Archive Osmio, we carefully inspect and describe every item before it is offered for sale. If you wish to return an eligible purchase, please follow the procedure below.

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, subject to applicable consumer law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Archive Osmio within this 14-day period by contacting contact@archiveosmio.com.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• Be unworn and unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.
• Include all original tags, accessories and packaging supplied with the order.
• Be free from any new stains, odours, damage, alterations or other signs of use.

Many Archive Osmio pieces are pre-owned, vintage or archive items. Any pre-existing signs of wear, ageing or imperfections known to us will be described and/or shown on the relevant product page and are part of the condition in which the item is sold.

Any exclusions from the right of withdrawal will apply only where permitted by applicable consumer law.

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law, including any shipping costs that must legally be refunded.

Any additional shipping method selected by the customer beyond the standard delivery option may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising their right of withdrawal.

Archive Osmio will cover the appropriate return costs when the return results from an incorrect item being sent or an item arriving damaged or materially different from its description, where applicable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service appropriate to the value of the item.

5. Incorrect, Damaged or Misdescribed Items

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe the item materially differs from its description, please contact contact@archiveosmio.com as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the item and relevant issue.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. International Returns

International returns must be authorized by Archive Osmio before shipment.

Please contact us before sending the item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, ensure that the shipment is correctly identified as returned goods for customs purposes.

Customers should not send international returns without first receiving return instructions from Archive Osmio.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any additional customs, carrier or handling costs resulting from an unauthorized or incorrectly declared return may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

7. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact contact@archiveosmio.com and provide:

• Your full name.
• Your order number.
• The item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide you with the relevant return instructions.

Do not send a return without first contacting Archive Osmio.
