Return & Refund Policy

At Archive Osmio, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within the time frame described below and we will help you through the process.

1. Return period

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with consumer regulations applicable in Spain.

2. Conditions for returns

We accept returns as long as the items:

  • Are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
  • Show no stains, odours or signs of use.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Items marked as “final sale” (if applicable in your store).
  • Underwear, swimwear or certain accessories such as earrings for hygiene reasons (if applicable).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return shipping costs

Currently, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our side (defective or incorrect item).

5. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at archive.osmio@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the defect or problem.

In these cases, Archive Osmio will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.

6. How to request a return

To start a return, please email us at archive.osmio@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
