Shipping Policy

At Archive Osmio, we work to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

 

1. Shipping areas

 

We currently ship to the following regions: 


  • Spain
  • European Union (26 EU countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, etc.)
  • United Kingdom
  • United States & Canada
 

2. Processing time

 

Orders are usually prepared within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.

 

3. Estimated delivery times

 
  • Spain: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • European Union: approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom, United States, Canada and other international destinations: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.
 

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, local carriers, etc.).

 

4. Shipping costs

 

All shipping rates are shown in EUR (€). Currency conversion, if applicable, will be handled at checkout.

 
  • Spain
    • Standard shipping: 6,50 € for orders from 0,00 € to 199,99 €.
    • Free shipping: 0,00 € for orders of 200,00 € or more.
       
  • European Union      
    • International Standard: 8,99 € for orders of 0,00 € or more.
    • United Kingdom, United States, Canada and selected international destinations      
      • Standard: 12,99 € for orders of 0,00 € or more.
       

      5. Order tracking

       

      Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel online whenever this service is available for your destination.

       

      6. Incorrect address or failed delivery

       

      Please make sure that all shipping details are correct when placing your order. Archive Osmio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

       

      If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we can:

       
      • Reship the order, with new shipping costs paid by the customer, or
      • Issue a refund for the products (excluding original shipping costs), in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
       

      7. Customs, duties and taxes

       

      For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other fees may be charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at the time of delivery.

       

      8. Lost or damaged parcels

       

      If you believe your parcel has been lost or has arrived damaged, please contact us at archive.osmio@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant information. We will investigate the issue with the courier and offer an appropriate solution.
